Britt found herself on her mat her freshman year of college to fulfill a health class requirement. After many years on and off her mat, an invitation to an Ashtanga class reconnected her to her practice. 

Using yoga to ground herself during many of life’s upheavals, Britt dedicated herself to her practice in 2020 by attending YTT with One Tribe Yoga. Britt believes that through  breath and movement we connect with ourselves for physical and mental wellbeing. 

When not on her mat, Britt farms in Dexter and spends time in nature with her daughter, hiking and exploring.
